Strip steel loading---leveling------material feeding----punching---roll forming ----hydraulic cutting ------products unloading

1. Hydraulic expansion de-coiler 1 set
Max loading weight: 6 T

2. Leveler 1 set
Effective width of leveling is 400mm
Max leveling speed is 18m/min
Motor power: Three phase motor 5.5KW matches with FUJI frequency converter
Material of roller: Gcr15 bearing steel, HRC 60

3. Servo motor feeder 1 set
Effective width is 400mm
Allowed Material thickness is 0.5-4.5mm
Feeding speed ≤ 20m/min, 85 times/ min
Feeding precision: ± 0.15mm
Feeding distance ≤ 9999.99mm

4. JH 21-110T fixed forcing press
Slide stroke: 180mm, working speed: 50 times / min
Motor power: 7.5kw

5. Hydraulic forming machine 1 set ( 18 channels)
Each channel of forming machine is made up of power distributor gearbox, universal transmission shaft and Frame horizontal stand.
Inlet point matches with guide device 1 set, and outlet point matches with universal adjusting device 1 set.

6. Motor for frequency converter 55KW matches with reducer JZQ650

7. Hydraulic cutting machine
Motor power: 7.5kw.
Working pressure: 8 Mpa
Cutting speed: 6-8times / min
Magnetic valve adopts Taiwan brand

8. Run-out table
Roller style Run out table 1 set (length is 8 m)

9. Linkage operation cabinet
It is controlled by PLC. Speed is adjusted by frequency converter.
PLC touch screen adopts JAPENESE brand
The length of work piece is controlled by coder

10. Punch die has 3 pairs ( including cutting die 3 pairs)
Material of punching die: Cr12 MOV, HRC62
